Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of her game with her electronic pop music after getting the public's attention with "Starry Eyed," along with "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a distinctive soprano scream and a knack to write songs that are emotional with positive lyrics. Much like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she is at forefront in the world of mainstream and the artful independent music. Polydor Records, a major music label, chose to sign her and started preparing to release Goulding's debut album.
