LeAnne Kymes was also one of the two most recent Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23rd, 1971) is an American bluegrass-country singer and musician. She started in the industry as a child, when she was a mere 10 years young. In 1987, she dropped her debut solo album following being signed to Rounder Records. The album was also a part of the band Alison Krauss Union Station where she still performs. Then, in 1989 her first solo album debuted in conjunction with the band.
